Paid $130 for my own copy installed back.
It is Staples policy to charge people $130 for their own copy of Windows installed back on their computer after a repair. Of course Windows is free too but you cannot download it after a repair since you have to agree to the $130 charge before they will repair or return your computer. Nothing about this was hidden but what a bad policy. Just charge for labor or somet...

Great service!
We needed technical help with a hacked laptop. Service was excellent- thorough and very knowledgeable. Will be using local Staples in the future if we are unlucky to experience similar issues.

The Tech Team are the Best
I have an older laptop that was Windows 7 professional. I’ve loved Windows 7. I resisted upgrading until my McAfee wouldn’t install. The techs were all so helpful so patient helping me understand Windows 10. Great job a bit pricey.
The salesperson was great and attentive. Our store in W. Lebanon NH is fantastic. Fast turnaround just wish it wasn't quite so pricey. Didn't seem to be that much of a project for the cost.
