Operating System Installation (In Store)
My laptop was being upgraded to Windows 10. I was advised it was an unlicensed version, but legal and was told to get the "key code" from Microsoft. Thereafter, Microsoft would not charge me for a key code and indicated Staples had to PROVIDE it since they did the install. Went back and forth from Microsoft to Staples several times. The Tech Team are the Best
I have an older laptop that was Windows 7 professional. I’ve loved Windows 7. I resisted upgrading until my McAfee wouldn’t install. The techs were all so helpful, so patient helping me understand Windows 10.
