When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

HP 61XL Black High Yield Ink Cartridge
Very costly and they do not last long. It seems to have less and less ink. States the XL now only prints up to 430 pages which used to be much more. They don't come close to it. May look at purchasing off brand ink or a different brand printer. Disappointed in HP cartridges.

New ink cartridge
The ink cartridge was inserted easily into the printer . It printed out nicely with my printer. Was happy to be able to use my discount . The person that helped me was very nice.

Just in time!
Ink cartridge came in one day. Simple install with perfect copy. Disposed of problem generic ink cartridge that had "jammed" producing partial print. Kiss 💋 to you Staples. Important papers got printed & sent.

I always use a genuine HP ink cartridge for best results. It's more expensive but worth it.
