Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

The ink is always fine. It was delivered on 12-10- not 12-4

Unhappy
I was very unhappy with this I was suppose to get twice the pages with the bigger cartridge but I didn’t even get the amount I get with a regular cartridge

Nice & simple
I always opt for the simplest easiest to use machines. Changing cartridges on this model is fast & easy. The super size is a good value.

All my fault
I'm sure the ink is great but I inadvertently a 61 cartridge rather than the 63 needed and opened the package before realizing the mistake rendering it non-returnable.

Gets the job done but ink getting so expensive
Gets the job done but it is bad that the cost of 2 cartridges of ink is almost more than I paid for the actual printer
