Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Great feature
THIS PRODUCT IS SO GOOD. I DO A LOT OF PRINTING, SO BUYING A 2 PK IS BEST FOR ME AND MY NEEDS AS WELL AS FOR MY BUDGET.

Easy to remove and install but like all HP cartridges pricey.

HP 61XL Ink
Excellent. Does last long time and worth spending extra to the get additional pages printed. Standard HP 61 gets 180 pages but HP61XL get approx 455 pages. More than two to one

Crazy packaging and shipping
I ordered two ink cartridges and they arrived 6 days apart. Both packages were oversized boxes 50 times excessive in size with a token package of air that did very little. The products were in very good condition

No ink
Only place I can find my HP ink, only problem not every is in stock there either. I need 902 color and it has. It been in stock doe months.

HP Ink could get 5 stars with lower price.
I am enjoying my HP Printer and appreciate the ink supply. I am looking forward to getting more printed pages from these cartridges. I did not give you a 5 star rating because I do believe that given the shift in the economy your prices are too high. Too bad about in store stock.
I needed the ink when I came into the store but had to wait 3 days for delivery - without being able to print!
