Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

HP 61 cartridges.
We’ve been pleased with the cartridges although the previous cartridges we purchased were defective and/or dried up. After a lot of conversation with staff at Staples the manager did give us a discount on replacements. It was unfortunate that the ones purchased in the spring or summer were bad.

The product was easy to find the store nice and clean and organized. My complaint if there is one is that printer ink is way overpriced and a big rip off. Suppliers try to lock you in with low priced printers then make all there money on ink. Also they do not standardize on a specific cartridge so different models use different cartridges. HP Ink Prices are Outrageous
I'm extremely disappointed in the price gouging I experienced with HP ink from Staples. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Thanks for your loyalty to your customers.

Ink that lasts through a lot of prints!
I have an HP OfficePro 6970 6 in 1 scan/fax/print machine. This cartridge lasts for around 500 pages. It's a good price as I know I'll get my money's worth every time. I trust HP!

Appreciated staples in Carrollton ga taking care of me. The store was out of that number and suggested ordering product for me and delivering it to my door. Why I shop with Staples people working there can’t be beat!

Great deal for blank ink users!
We usually find the black and color packs. When we saw the two black cartridges we were delighted as we use black ink more than color.

Ink works great
They always seem to work fine. It's just a little expensive for what you get. I'll be buying the regular size ink from now on. The XL doesn't seem to last any longer than the regular size cartridge.

Fine
What was sold to me originally was wrong so I had to return it and repurchase the correct product. I didn't need that hassle. I would recommend this product to anyone who has an HP printer like mine. Why else would anyone buy it?
