Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

I don't know that I would recommend the product but I didn't dislike it! Just as a teacher XL ink should have lasted longer than a regular cartridge and I don't really feel that this one did. Especially for the money that you charge!!!!

Wonderful assistance from an employee who just noticed I was looking at ink cartridges and asked if he could help. I wanted to but both black and color but alas.... they were sold out of the double pack!

Doesn't last
These "XL" cartridges are advertised as "2½" times the regular ink cartridge but they don't last any longer than the regular ones and seem to dry up WAY before full usage. Will only get the much less expensive regular ink cartridges from now on !!!

Are use the product all the time. I’ll go to Staples because I can take my used cartridges and they’re recycled and I like the quality of them

Hope the ink doesn’t dry out before use by date.
Cartridges are usually fine so I hope this one will be OK as well.

Bright color
I was very pleased with the color brightness of HP61XL ink cartridgeHigh Yield (CH564WN) it was very easy reading and sharp. It made my report look sharp and very easy to read. Also very professional.
