Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Low ink
Cartridge was very low on ink. Still streaky lines on prints, like right before you need to change your cartridge.

61xl toner
Been using this for years. Just wish the twin packs were readily available because of the price savings. Per manager at the store when I purchased this stock is low due to supplier.

Ink Cartridge Puchase Review
People in store were courteous informed And prompt. I dropped off 11 used cartridges and will have to wait a month for the credit for that to be usable. Do not quite understand why that is necessary but so be it. Thanks Norman

Hp cartridge
Old one was empty new one works fine. Hp cartridges are over priced. Should be able to refill w/o repeated warning of “illegal” replacement.
