Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

HP Inc Cartridge
Excellent product. I would not think of using any other brand Ink Cartridge except HP.

HP 61XL
Have always tried to buy XL as most folks use more black and white when printing. I usually buy twin back but you were out so bought color and black and white seperately.

Works well so far. It printed the lessons I had to do for Bible Study and all were clear. And yes I would I would recommend someone else buy the ink. I look forward to buying it again for the church.

Contactless pickup
Contactless pickup leaves a lot to be desired. Tried to achieve it through the app but without success. Did get the items in the store (very helpful)
