Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

I always purchased the 61xl for my printer until your young salesman suggested I purchase the 61since I do not print very much. Unfortunately my printer after I printed three copies notified me that the 61 was not comparable. That is why I had to go back and buy the 61 xl. Now I and the printer are happy.

What changed?
I tried using the color and everything came out purple and black. I have always used this brand and number 61xl. with great results. What went wrong? I don't know. I have not tried to print again in color.

Sorry I didn't install it yet
I still have some of the old ink. I got the new ink because I didn't want to run out. I never had the XL but the store did not have the regular 61.

Works great.
