Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

HP 61XL great buy
Always my GO TO cartridge since it lends itself to the needs of our printing. Yes I would recommend it for an HP printer but not photos.

Your ink costs more than my printer each time I come in the prices are higher..now is not the time for price gouging. Grealy disappointed 😞

Great value! Thank you for having them in stock.
I only use HP ink supplies for my HP printer. Staples has the best price and a good supply in stock whenever I need to obtain a replacement. I'm a huge recycle-er so being able to bring my old cartridges in is amazing! Kudos on the COVID-19 preparedness! The staff was very helpful and friendly as always!

The product is fine but I am very unhappy that the combo package of 61xl black cartridge and 61 color cartridge has not been available since April. Even with my $8 reward I still had to pay more for the two single cartridge packages of black and color. Not good.

NOT TOO HAPPY
My HP Envy 4500 continues to indicate "incompatible cartrdiges" even though I replace them with original hp cartridges. Needless to say, this is very irritating. On the plus side, the service is great. The cartridges always come quickly.

My wife has had/used her HP ENVY 4500 for a couple years and been very satisfied. Our only problem has been the local Staples has had problems keeping stock of 61xl cartridges!

I found the ink I need on Staples' online site and it was cheaper than Staples competitors! Free delivery! And it arrived within 2 days.
