Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Only Cartridge that Works but Expensive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually hard to find, but online was easy. Price keeps rising and really wanted 61xl (the cheaper option) which was not available.

I have always bought HP ink for the quality.

Larger ink - cartridge
Just put in the new XL61 ink cartridge. Hoping it will do what it says and last somewhat longer than the regular ones I have been buying. Been doing a lot of printing lately and I hope that I will be getting a longer use out of the new cartridge.

Always get the real thing
I've tried cheaper off brands. Half the time they don't work so you're not really saving money You're better off paying a little more for the real thing.

Fast and Easy
I appreciate the ease of shopping and rapid delivery from Staples. Quality product. Don’t waste your money on off-label brands IMHO.

My printer does not recognize the cartridge
I tried the only support, to clean the cartdridge, everything suggested with no results.
I tried to chat with HP support, no answer. Bad support.

Ink for my all-in-one 3510 printer

The product was for a refill--use all the time. I knew exactly what I wanted so the process was quick and wasn't concerned --staff used a mask and wore gloves.
