Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Very Please
I've recently ordered two tri-color ink cartridges from Staples at two different times. The first cartridge is in the machine and is working great. The second one will be used within the next few days. I also purchased three three-ring binders and the quality is excellent. Also I truly appreciate the fast delivery service provided by Staples.

Ordering and delivery were exceptional. I haven't used the cartridge yet so I'll be curious to see how long the XL lasts compared to the regular HP61/

Cartridge didn't work
For the first time ever my printer says the color cartridge is no good. The alignment page showed blurred red lines. I think I need to return the cartridge to the store for a replacement?

Good product! Good printing! No complaints
As soon as we received the ink we popped it into the printer and we were able to print nicely. No complaints. And since the first day of usage we have printed off about 20 sheets-no complaints! I found your ink cartilage A little expensive I thought it would have cheaper to buy it from a large supplier but I found other places sell it cheaper
