Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Just right for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only will buy genuine HP ink cartridges. This type works fine for me - it is in the desk drawer, waiting 'til I need a replacement cartridge. Always like to have them on hand.

Dispenses ink!

Excellent
I always buy HP brand ink but not always online. It's just been flawless ink as far as not drying up and the printouts are crisp and clear, not fuzzy

With the Coronavirus epidemic , we have been forced to stay inside unable to go shoping.
The HP ink cartridge is all I have used.because i get so many copies. The service I have gotten is wonderful, I nolonger have to go shopng forf m y ink. Mail order is great.

I purchased an ink cartridge to replace a new one
that I thought was defective! As it turns out the defect in the printer which is not Recognizing the new cartridge. I've gone through the recommended troubleshooting and still is now work so I am a bit disappointed

You have what I need
