Hello Edward, I’m sorry to hear that you've not had the experience you expected. I can understand why that would quickly become frustrating. We always aim to provide a satisfactory product experience for our customers, and I regret that we fell short here. I would suggest trying the cleaning routine available from the printer's menu. You can use it to clear out the inkjets. The routine might need to be run more than once to clean out the clogs completely and get the ink flowing freely again. This sort of thing can happen when the printer is turned off without using the power button. While it is a good idea to shut the printer down between uses, it is very important to always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the printhead inside the printer is protected from excessive drying which leads to clogging of its tiny inkjet nozzles.
