Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Too expensive
HP is holding us hostage high ink prices and programing to prevent use of refilled cartridges. But they do work so what are you going to do????

Review for HP61XL High Yield Tri-Color Ink Cartrid

Although I don't need to use color that much in my line of work, I still bought the high yield cartridge because of the long-lasting value and quality. Right-sized Cartridge
I don't print much any more and have strong preference for digital media. However, want ink when I need to do some printing. This is a small cartridge meaning it may need replenishing oftener than larger-sized ones, but that's a good thing. My HP Envy 5530 printer and inks totally reliable.

It works!
We placed it into our HP Deskjet 3050A after a regular 61 ran out and the 61XL works fine. We will see how much longer it lasts.
