Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

HP61XL
I printed only 100 black copies for my tax returns; then the ink was gone!! Not a very high yield at $.43 a copy.

Awesome Service and Ink Is Too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm super happy I have this avenue to order my office ink. This service is JAM UP! It's super easy and fast which I absolutely LOVE! I can order my ink online in only about 3 or 4 min tops, mark it off of my to-do list. This allows me to move on to other items needing my attention which at times is spread very thin....

HP ink cartridge
I have an HP printer so I have no choice but to buy HP cartridges. I buy the XL because it last longer. I do not want to do going out to get ink every month or so. I do find it easier for me.

Pricey but they work
Local staples store always friendly and well stocked. Glad for the coupon to make ink more affordable Think they should offer a military discount.

Didn’t work
Put the new color cartridge in the printer and the printer would not work. The only way I could get the printer to work was to put the old worn out collar cartridge back in and then it printed a pale yellow. The black cartridge worked the whole time. I’m very unhappy with this

It's hard to rate an ink cartridge either it works or it doesn't so I would say it works well.

Was unable to use my rebate for ink cartridges returned for recycling. Apparently rebates are not immediately available and expire after a short time.
