Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Alway perfect!

Ink is ink
The ink is fine but expensive and seems to run out every couple of weeks and I’m not doing much printing.

Copying an old book
My old book was copied and bound perfectly. It was a beautiful job! We had 15 copies made a great job.

Too expensive
Last H P I will own. Replacing with Epson ink tank machines. HP ink is way overpriced and have given away 3 machines and replaced with Epson

Always buy the hp 61 that is recommended for our copy machine. It was a sale day and we appreciated the price. It is great to have a local store to shop our products and have the employees give us good advice.

Terrific Color and Black Inks
