Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Overpriced
These cartridges are ridiculously priced and although they are rated to last longer than the standard cartridge they don't. A little less expensive on line.

61X:
61XL is so practical since I do not have to change the cartridge as often as I did with the 61.

Empty Cartridge
I bought a 2 pack of the HP Ink for my printer and one of the cartridges was empty when I put it into my printer. Not happy with that at all.

HP Ink Cartridges
HP ink Cartridges are overpriced. When you can purchase a new printer for what you can buy the ink cartridges for the printing process - something isn’t right about all this. Would like to see some major discounts on these products

It meets our needs
We originally had a Lexmark and that met our needs. Now we have an HP and that does the same thing. We wish they would put both the 61XL BLACK AND 61XL TRICOLOR in a combo pack coupled with a reasonable discount that would be even better. Though just like Health Insurance they would rather stick it to you than give everyone a fair deal.

Not XL lasting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ink cartridges are supposed to be longer lasting than the others. Feel we get less copies no matter what type print we use. Not real happy with the quantity of ink in the cartridges. They don't live up to the number of copies supposed to print.

HP printer cartridge
The HP printer cartridge is a necessity for our printer. I would give it a 5-star rating if it had more than 4 grams of ink in it.

High $ for the few drops of ink you get.
High $ for the few drops of ink the consumers actually gets in these cartridges. I know these big companies need to make a profit but what we pay for the amount of ink is just a rip off to the consumer. Did Not Work
I tried this in my HP OfficeJet 4630 and it was not accepted as an ink cartridge however the Black 61 XL works just fine. So I returned 2 packages to your store on Monday and replaced them with 61 TriColor regular. This ink works much better!
