Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

I do prefer to stick to HP ink cartridges but they certainly are awfully expensive!!!

One item was defective.
I bought a two-pack ink cartridge. When I installed the first one my printer said there was an error with the cartridge. The second unit worked.

HP 61XL Black High Yield Ink Cartridge
When cartridge first installed the first page did not print the entire page. Had to reprint & page came out great. This occurred for several prints over a week. Today the first print came out complete. Hope whatever the issue was is now resolved.
