Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Mt Kisco store consistently helpful
I have never been in the Mt Kisco store when the employees were anything but courteous helpful and knowledgeable. The managers are to be commended for creating this wonderful culture.

HP 61XL Black Ink Cartridge
I have always liked the HP products and I find the best selection at Staples. Still ink by the cartridge is a little pricey given the true life of the cartridge. Perhaps HP will develop an "ink well" style printer in time.

Great as usual
Great service. Always have what I need in stock and a helpful employee to help me find the item in such a fabulously stocked store. Also my desk chair is great. No more back ache!
