Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Service
I have nothing positive to say about my experience in shopping with staples. I find your ink cartridge policy unnecessarily complicated and ridiculous. I was also extremely dissatisfied with the response I had when I wish to return a defective ink cartridge. I will try to avoid doing any purchases from Spectrum in the future.

Great color images. The XL is better to get than the standard size if you have students at home. This one will save you extra trips to get more when you have homework deadlines!

always love going to Staples. So much to see. Always find the ink cartridge I need. Judy was very helpful. Like that she pointed out paper on special. I bought some.

Awful
Ran out of ink after printing about 90 sheets. Was told it should last to approximately 1000 sheets of print

Hi Erene I'm sorry that you didn't get more usage from the cartridge. The advertised estimates of pages are based on a standard set of prints used by the industry. How each individual cartridge will perform for you is determined by your own usage and environmental factors. High-density prints (such as images and graphs) will use more ink especially if the paper is very absorbent and the air is warm and dry. Hp # 61 Inks
The inks are okay but they dont print the amount of pages they advertise. Plus Staples does not keep a fill inventory supply of HP #61 inks nor others as I see in the Staples I go to on Metropolitan Ave in Queens NYC. Why not? Ive been there 6 times this year so far & Staples hasnt had the Combo Black & Color inks. I always have to but single packs.

Too expensive
Need sales price. Could not use credit for 4 empty cartridges. Clerk said it would take up to a month to process! Really?!
