Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

HP 61XL
Not happy that you need to purchase 2 of the ink cartridges to obtain a discount and it should be able to be used in store or on-line. Have provided empty cartridges and received no discounts or rewards. Had no 61XL in store problems with shipping timely.

Great deal on ink cartridges
I wish the store would carry the XL cartridges in the local store so I wouldn't have to order them. I am a ghost writer and only use these cartridges.

The color doesn't last long. I printed 40 pages front and back and it was gone. I'm not sure I would recommend this product.

Did the trick just in time.
Waiting for quite a few faxes to come in for trucking logistics when I realized we were out of ink.Ran up to Staples got the cartridges not to soon everything turned out good.Cartridges were perfect as usual.

Haven't used the new one yet.

I was very happy to be able to get the hp61x color cartridge . Sometimes they are hard to find.

it was fine
went there with one day only 20 o/o coupon traveled about 20 miles asked the guy at store if it covers ink he said yes then when got to check out it didnt then he said no even though he was the one that said yes then he said will i should have looked on line to see what it covered kinda bad service
