Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Best Ink for my HP Printers
It is worth the money for genuine HP ink products. Others just can't meet the crispness of the printing!

too expensive
This ink is too expensive. staples should goes down with prices staples must narrow profit margins. There is a big difference between costs and final price to customers.

HP 61 XL Tri color cartridge
This cartridge prints intermittently 20% on and 80% off. The worst cartridge i have bought in 10 years!

It is a sad state of affairs when one color gets and you have to replace all three. King Gillette would be proud that HP is following his marketing philosophy

Good Product but too expensive
I like the reliability of the HP products and machines. But the ink cartridges are too expensive. Could the costs be lowered. I do not wish to change my printers but it is a little too expensive. Can You Help ???? .
