Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

See if this lasts longer
Ink is too expensive. Maybe this new "longer lasting" cartridge will help. Hopefully.

Frustrated
Well when I put it in it says it the wrong cartridge so I have to return it. I am not too happy about it.

Not for all HP Printers.
MY rating of the 61XL was not for my printer. I returned the item and received the 61 ink. This is perfect for my printer. 61XL is not for all HP printers.

2pack convenience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ink is of good quality....it just runs out too fast. Remotely, I cannot use 'draft' as an option so we are going through way too much ink. If I print in person, all is well. The 2 pack is very convenient,too, as we always have the next cartridge if we run out unexpectedly.

Excellent service
