Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Ease in ordering but to expensive

Good deal
I live in Gainesville and am concerned about the "hike" to Warrenton every time I need something - HEY!! Why don't you m0ve a bit closer to us??? Staples is #1 on my scale. The service (a fairly large) print job was great

HP Cartridge 61XL Black
Have been using this cartridge since I got the printer. That was 10 years ago. Works very well and have had zero problems.

Not much to say as its the ink i must use. Wouldn’t buy generic. A little pricey but you gotta do what you gotta do. Staples staff isalways helpful and friendly

I've like to have an ability to have dark black/white printing. I'm am disapointed in this cartridge's performance.

Save Time, Gas and Frustration and order from home

Great printing results every time.
