Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Poor inventory
The combo pack of black and tricolor toner is never in stock at the store and usually a little less expensive than buying them separately which is what I had to do for the past 18 months.

Ordered Cartridge Online
My local Staples store in Clinton MD did not have any cartridges in stock so I was forced to shop online and received my cartridge the next business days. I could have shopped online first and saved myself time and the frustration of not finding what I needed in store. I may shop online for my supplies in the future.

Does not yield the amount of pages listed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third color ink cartridge I have had to put in this year and I do not print that much. The standard cartridge was less than 100 pages and the XL cartridge just game me a low on ink message after.printing 25 photos

Problem
About 2 months ago I brought in about 12 used cartridges and was told i would see a credit for them in the e-_mail. Have not see a thing> Perhaps i may have to go direct to HP to buy them from now on>.
