Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

An unhappy customer
Instead of 400 plus prints, I am getting only 100. This is not the first time with this colour cartridge. The print count should be restated. This is very expensive for a cartridge that the yield is so low.

Quick delivery

Expensive not much ink
Ink didn’t last 3 weeks of normal printing - not what I call XL!

Hi Monica I am sorry that the cartridge didn't last too long. I regret your disappointment. Ink usage usually determines how long each individual cartridge lasts. Here are some things that might help lower your ink usage and costs: - Set the printer to draft mode whenever possible - Shut the printer down between uses - Always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridges are protected from excessive drying - Subscribe to Instant Ink then you only pay by the page and not for the cartridges themselves Mary Chris HP Care hp.com/support

Because you were out of the ink cartridges I needed I was forced to buy a more expense set. That didn’t maker me happy. I must say my sales tech Wynter was wonderful.

Ink works fine the cashier helped me find it as he was checking the current bin to be put on the wall it was buried in the bin he remembered seeing it thanks again

SO EXPENSIVE
How can one tiny little ink cartridge cost almost $50? The ink works fine but it doesn't last long and the price is out of this world. I will consider anything but HP printers in the future.
