Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

I have been using hp ink for years and it naver has failed me. I think that all hp products are great.

Ink is fine I’ve been buying this brand for 11 years.
I have no problem with HP cartridges. I take out the used cartridges and replace the new cartridges and they print! I have problems finding the 61 two-pack cartridges. Black and tri-Color.
