Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Ordering and Delivery was great and timely. Would appreciate if prices were a little more in line with Costco's especially since ordering direct from manufacturer

I purchased 61XL but could not purchase 64XL. Why don't you stock it anymore? There was none in your other stores or in your warehouse.

Nice price and a quality item

HP ink cartridges work well. The black cartridge works better than the color cartridge. The black lasts longer.

Defective cartridge
I installed my new ink cartridge and the top half of the words are missing! I have tried aligning printer heads cleaning printer heads etc.. but it still doesn't work correctly!

Ink Cartridges
I like my hp printer. the black and color cartridges are reasonable. And shopping at Staples is really fun. There is always someone there to help you. And I have somewhere to take my old cartridges.
