Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

Ink cartridge
I have used these cartridges often and the quality is good and they last awhile depending on the frequency of use.

I have never had trouble with HP ink.

Worth the extra cost

It's the same HP ink that I always use (a bit pricey but that's HP's fault not Staples). Very good ink cartridge works as expected. Staples delivered in a very timely fashion and delivery was free. Doesn't get any better than that. thanks
