Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

I think the ink is old in that it does not last long. Maybe the expiration dates should be checked and revisited for shelf life expectancy and quality.

I ordered the HP 61XL ink cartridge online selected free shipping and Staples had it delivered to me the next day. The ink cartridge works great!

Defective cartridge
The cartridge had to be replaced. The replacement was fine. Typically the cartridges are fine.

Frozen?
I am hoping that it works OK when I need to use it since it sat outside all day in freezing temps because the delivery person did not put it inside the garage door as requested.
