Faulty
When I install the ink cartridge I received in the mail into my printer I keep getting the message “Cartridge is damaged or has failed.” I’ll return it in person to a store.

I was in and out of the store very quickly because everyone was so helpful. My purchase was computer ink so there is little to say about it one way or another.

The ink is working well.
The color ink I purchased is working well but the Staples I had gone to did not have black ink in stock.

Installed like all of the rest of cartridges
This is my first time trying the product. No problems the first few weeks. It took the system three times to recognized the scan.

Terrible
You did not have the black cartridge I can’t for-very disappointed in staples. Your shelves were empty. This is ridiculous-I work everyday there is no reason why their is a ink shortage. The only bright thing that came out of my visit was a very nice sales associate who went the extra mile.

No recycling envelope
When I reorder ink, sometimes I also receive a recycling envelope. The website says I always should receiving one. Once again, I did not.
