Great response
Free next day delivery and price. We live in a rural area and next day delivery just isn’t offered. I was out of ink and Staples came though.

Ink was dried up
The ink is dried up or defective... My printer kept giving me an error message. I tried rebooting my computer and printer and I kept getting the error message. Not a happy customer. I'm guess I'm going to have to return it now.

The sticker is correct
The box contained a warning label indicating that the printer may not properly recognize the cartridge. The label was correct. I was able to use it in any case by doing the recommended power down and power up of the printer.

Genuine Epson
I only use Genuine Epson inks in my WF-3520; the one time that I didn't I had printing problems so I learned my lesson. I have had this printer for a long time and I'm convinced using Genuine Epson inks have allowed my printer to last as long as it has!

epson ink cartridge cost
I tried to buy the epson printer ink pack from epson who was charging a little over $80 and was unable to place the order. I was able to place the order for the same ink pack with staples for over $120. Doesn't seem fair.

Much higher capacity
The generic black 127 ink cartridges I have purchased come in the same size cartridge as the 126. But when I received the Epson 127, it was double the size, a true XL capacity. Of course, it works perfectly in my Epson WF-3520.
