Terrible
Poor quality. Tastes like muddy water. There is no tea in these bags. Called Bigelow read them the item number said the were old bags!

Very Pleasant Tea
This tea has a lot of character. Notice that I didn't qualify that statement by identifying that as a decaffeinated product. I would enjoy this with or without caffeine.

Great Bigelow Tea
Glad to see Bigelow's 48 tea bag box. Usually I can only get the 20 count; but the 48 count is better. Decaf. tea is my choice over regular tea. I can't find the 48 count at a retail store. Great tea; fair price!

Service from Staples was great! The tea? Not so much …
The product was delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. In fact it was about 16 hours. So I can’t ask for more than that. But the tea itself? Sorry it just no oomph. I think I will go back to black tea that still has the caffein. I will look to Staples for it though.

It's OK. But buy the exact same tea here at Staples cheaper with a different item number!
Staples sent me an email asking me to review this tea. It's good as you might expect from the well-known brand Bigelow. HOWEVER (and for whatever reason) you can buy *the same thing* noticeably cheaper from Staples by ordering this instead: Bigelow Decaf Black Tea 48/Bx Item: BTC-00356 | Model: 00356 As in currently $5.99 (for this tea) vs. $4.79 for *that tea*.
