DISAPPOINTED
I had high hopes for this product especially since it is such a simple device. The adapter did work, playing the music with good sound. However, I gave it a low rating because the spools were noisy as they turned and the noise could be heard over the music unless the volume was turned up loud. I returned the adapter.

Okay, does what I need
I would have given this 5 stars except there is a slight background whirring noise, which becomes annoying after a while.

Scosche® deckedOUT - Universal Cassette Adapter
I originally bought the Blue tooth version the for my car and found that I traveled to many areas where the preset station on my radio got too much interference for the bluetooth to work properly. I returned it and bought the cassette version. Works great now independent of the radio.

Old radio gone bad
I liked the cassette adapter. However my Toyota car radio is on the blink. Something inside the cassette holder does not “read” the adapter. Time for a used car after I run this Sienna into the ground. 175,000 miles on her and she keeps going

Listening to Kindle in car
This device works well on our 2006 Avalon. It's as simple as inserting the cassette and then opening and starting the Kindle audiobook--the sound is actually much better than that with the transmitter devices we have to use on our other two cars since it does not have any interference issues that can happen when using those devices.

Great job so far!
Cassette adapter that does what it says. Plugs into headphone jack and play music send and receive calls and use GPS. Have not had it long enough to rate durability or longevity but sound quality is great and it helps in the vehicle without aux input.

Great when you don't have car tech
This is a great little device for older cars that have a cassette player. You pop the cassette into the player and hook up your phone or iPod into the other end. Plays very clearly right through your car speakers. Works so much better than the adapters that tune into a radio frequency. I always get a lot of static with those. Great so far
Have had this only for a month but so far it operates exactly as it should and there's none of the static that you usually get from cassette tapes. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I don't know the longevity of the product yet. So far though, I love it!
