My copier is not registering the new cartridge and I am unable to print. It is saying I am using counterfeit cartridges which as you can see I purchase only Canon cartridges from Staples.

PLEASE put toner back in the Staples stores!
The toner is fine. It took 2 days to get it so I couldn't do the project in time that I planned. The price is rediculous. I gotta find alternatives before this batch of toner runs-out!

Store is shorted.
I had urgent need for toner refill and my local Staples closed. I drove much further just prior to closing few customers but it took ! 1/2 hour for help. I was told the toner has to be ordered on line!!! HOW DARE YOU! The toner is fine. The price is rediculous... Since it needs to be ordered in combination now it cost over $600 for a supply of the 3 colors and...

Cannon steering customers away from this product
Cannon is doing its best to make the printers and copiers using this toner obsolete. Individual color cartridges of 118 toner can no longer be purchased a la carte unless the customer is willing to take a chance on refurbs. The glory of market forces

I think the price per cartridge is very high and some consideration should be given to repeat customers discount per Toner. Hopefully a coupon or internet offer for future cartridges purchase with a different color.

Canon 118 Toner Cartridge 3 Pack
We have owned our Canon copy macine for 11 years These cartridges are a bit on the costly side but I must say in 11 years this is the first multi pack we have purchased. We have replaced a couple of the black cartridges though. Overall a very good value and we are pleased with the quality of the color cartridges.

They're Too Pricey!
Why should three color toner cartridges cost over $400? The cost is absurd! For that price they should be good for over 10 000 pages not around 15% of that.
