Dell cartridges are never full
Dell cartridges are NEVER full of toner. CheckToner cartridges contain MICR toner for printing checks AND filled to maximum capacity which provides lowest cost per printed page.

Dell Toner Cartridge
This cartridge seems to be a good one. Have not heard complaints from office staff regarding this toner cartridge. This is one of many that we use in our office.
