Wobbles
It's not an expensive bookcase, so I wasn't expecting much. The assembly hardware provided by manufacturer didn't fit tightly resulting in the bookcase being wobbly. Tried to call customer service and sat on hold for 20 minutes without assistance. Not worth it.
