Don't waste time or money on this item
I had this pack for less than a week and it has already busted open. The seaming to so thin it doesn't allow for any room if the pack is being shifted from one body area to another. Will not buy this brand ever again.

Worst quality ever
I bought 2 they both burst within a week. I have been buying cold packs for years these were the worst possible ever. Don't waste your money
