Lightweight Plastic Frame and "Glass"
For what they are they're very good. Lightweight plastic frame and plastic "glass" front. Nice looking, the frame is highlighted in gold trim. I use them for framing movie lobby cards (which are 11x14). They'll never fall and break or cut someone.

Broken
This was the second one you shipped. They are not properly packed. The glass was badly broken on this one, and both frames you’ve sent have fallen apart when I picked them up.

Cheap quality
I ordered 60 of these and 25% arrived broken, not from poor handling but from poor construction. The brackets in the corners are flimsy and many fell apart just by picking them up. The mat included is unusable - it's a piece of very thin paper perforated to tear to the right size. However, the paper is so thin that you cannot punch out the interior without ripping throu...

Perfect for Diplomas.
I felt the price could be a little lower, but the construction was solid and sturdy. I like the use of the clear plastic sheet, for safety if it falls off the wall verses a glass frame.

Wish I'd read the reviews...
If I'd read the customer reviews I might have looked around before I paid this price for this cheaply made frame. The 'unbreakable face' is a thin later of cheap plastic that is already scratched and the 'mat' is just a shiny piece of perforated paper. Just Plain Awful
Worst frames I've ever used. The flimsy plastic "glass" has a lot of static and gold paint flecks from the painting process are present all over the "glass," and take quite some time to remove, as the static keeps pulling them out of the air or something. Would not purchase again
We were not happy with the flimsy mat and had to purchase mats to replace them. Also the plastic instead of glass was disappointing - we scratched one immediately. Not much explanation of the frame on your site.
