Poor customer service flimsy folders
Horrible customer service when I picked up the order. Waited over 15 min. for someone to come to the pick up desk. There was no one at any of the checkouts. Went over to copies/printing section where there was a long line to ask about sending someone over when someone appeared at the pick up desk. Folders themselves were very flimsy. TABS NOT INCLUDED
Drove half an hour to the nearest Staples and brought these home for an organizing project I planned to do today. Got it started and soon discovered the box doesn’t include tabs! Since when do hanging folders not include tabs? Now I’ve got an hour round trip drive ahead of me just to buy tabs. Sorry I bought these.

Good Folders; Bad Tabs
The Staples expanded hanging folders are what I expected. The tab inserts however are not. I was mystified when I found that the tab inserts could not be printed. They are small 2" x 9" strips that do not have a template and do not fit into the printer. They are made for typing or hand printing! Disappointed! Now I'll have to purchase printable tab inserts. Super Useful for Thick Files
These were just what I was looking for. The wide bottom allowed extra thick files to still sit at the same level as thinner ones and made it so that I didn't have to split up material into multiple files. Poor Quality
These folders are made of flimsy lightweight materials- the file material and hooks are extremely thin. A piece of thin cardboard is included to place at the bottom as a reinforcement. No tabs included. Buy the Pendaflex instead- more expensive but totally worth it.

Very good quality in the folders. Would have given 5 stars if the box included the tabs and inserts. This was clearly stated on the box however.

Folder material isnt as thick as it should be
I was surprised how thin the folder material was. I was expecting it to be more heavy duty since it will hold 2 inches of material.
