Extremely satisfied
I bought the Helios some months ago. I am using it to bind together old files and documents. It is an extremely easy job to do thanks to the perfect and safe functionality of the machine.

Poor instructions and poor result
First time used, the instructions with the machine are very sketchy, and on-line no better. No mechanism for holding pages together and ensuring they are all in contact with the binding adhesive. Result is a document that spills pages when you open it to read it. and while i am at it the systel for logging reviews is not very user friendly

Fun and easy to use
The product is made for speedy binding, and works perfectly the first time, every time. The system is easy to use, and is made to make life easier. It even has a cooling tray, to allow the bindings to cool appropriately on the spine, to ensure the glue binds appropriately. I've tested out the strength of the bound pages, and the pages aren't going anywhere. I love it!

Very easy to use
We have a lot of documents that we used to pay someone else to bind for us. This is a HUGE money saver for our office. The fact that it is easy to use is definitely a plus.

I bought this machine to bind my own Novel I wrote and printed, and have also used it to bind some smaller documents. I have used the pre-made vinyl thermal binders of various thicknesses for documents from 1/16 to 1 inch thicknesses and I am very pleased with the results. A must for my coloring book business!

Excellent Machine
We own a small real estate company in Park Slope Brooklyn. We purchased the thermal binder because we wanted to be able to create wire free and punch free property pitch books. The binder heats up fast and does a thorough job of adhering the glue to the pages of books. It's quick, easy and very effective.

LOVE it!
I work in Training and Education at a great company. We just received our Helios Thermal Binding Machine and we LOVE it! It completely changes the look of our manuals. It's easy to use and it's fun!

We are sorry for the troubles that you encountered with your Helios machine. Here are a couple quick tips that may help to improve your binding results. First of all, be sure to ensure that all sheets are well aligned and touching the glued spine of the thermal cover by tapping the collated document in the cover onto a flat surface. This can be done before and after the binding process. Additionally, if the sheets have not been glued completely to the cover, the document can be re-processed to improve the result. Terrible Product
I've only used this product infrequently. When it worked it worked good. But it just stopped working. It's a piece of junk and I am really angry about it. If I'd put my money in the trash it would have been a better investment.
