It leaks all over everything
You want to print color? Magenta speckles everywhere. You want black and white? Hope you like Magenta all over the whole page. This product is complete trash.

It seems as good as a new one

One of the items sent was incorrect. I contacted our sales contact who told me to keep the incorrect item and they would resent the correct item but, as nice as that was, it has not been replaced as yet.

Don't order
More than one of these have leaked all over the inside of my printer. Staples will send a replacement but those don't work any better. The one I just put in resulted in a message on the printer saying "Remove shipping lock from cartridge" but I had already pulled the tape thingy out.

Too soon to review
I just started to use this toner and it is too soon to respond honestly. Previously when I used this product it ruined my previous printer. Toner leaked and damaged my printer. Needless to say, it does make me leary of using the Sustainable Earth product again.
