It leaks all over everything
You want to print color? Magenta speckles everywhere. You want black and white? Hope you like Magenta all over the whole page. This product is complete trash.

Remanufactured ink cartridges help save the planet
Was glad to see that remanufactured ink cartridges are available through Staples. Works the same as brand new with less carbon footprint.

TRU RED™ remanufactured HP 304A cyan laser toner.
It was a mess, the cyan toner was all over the cartridge and on me and my hands. I don't like getting remanufactured toners

Delivery of packages
Our order was left on the porch at the wrong end of our building. It was only by accident that someone happened to see it sitting there. There were also 3 boxes for a different building. I called the other recipient and had them picked up.

THIS IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT
If my company was not trying to budget for the moment I would not use this product at all. Your toners are much too high for the use we are getting out of them. This product should be used in small quality not for large jobs. It should be half the price that you charge.
