Very satisfied with quality and timely delivery of subject print cartridges!!! Vero Beach FL Store staff very helpful to order and deliver to home. Worked perfectly right out of box. Best of all only $2/3 cost of factory HP cartridges!!!

Color Cartridge didn’t work
Both cartridges arrived - not in one or two days ( as I was told), but in a week. This AFTER I was told that, yes you had the right ones in the store and I had driven over to get them. Then after they finally arrived, I installed them and ran the alignment page. Only printed black, not color. When I ran a couple of copies, light gray, not dark black , and NO color.

I use a HP Deskjet D4360 and while the printer does not 'recognize' the cartridge (meaning it does not show the full level) it prints fine. I continue to use this product. I print a lot.

I installed the cartridge and my printer would not recognize the cartridge. I had to call tech support and they issued a refund.
