Defective cartridge
This product left blue strips down the side of my page. No matter what I did it wouldn't go away. I finally changed out the cartridge and my printer is working fine.

Works fine.
We have a large office of 15 people and 1 printer. We go through an AMAZING amount of toner. This machine gets a workout every day. So far, so good. Much less problems than with the "recycled" cartridges.

Worth the extra money
The high-yield cartridge is certainly worth the extra money. It prints nearly double the number of pages of the standard cartridge. We purchase the OEM products and get really great results.

We have been using these toners for years. The most recent purchase we opened the toner and the yellow went everywhere. Had to throw it out. To costly to receive bad toners.

Unsure if toner used up or not
The quality of the Brother printer is awesome. However; the toner cartridges always feel full, even when the machine says they must be replaced. The yellow color seems to leak out of the cartridges more than the other colors.
