NOT COMPATIBLE WITH PRINTER!
I checked to be sure it was compatible with my printer and while all the documents said it was it is NOT!

I had a msg on printer that drum was kaputt,
so I ordered an new drum. I got to fooling around with the old drum to take it out and for some reason put old one back in and the printer began printing, so I have not actually used your new drum, but I still have it to put it in next time I get that msg. I was very happy that you folks had it in stock.

Keeps on going, and going

I agree with BobJake, This products only lasts for a couple of weeks before I have to replace the drum. This product doesn't even deserve 1 star but I'm giving it 1 star because it did work initially with no issues. Being that this is a business and we need to print quite a large number of pages, it is imperative that we have a printer that can last for more than a coup...

New drum restored print quality
We were getting black spots on printouts which can indicate a bad imaging drum. Replacing the drum restored the flawless image quality this printer has always produced.

OEM is good choice!
After reading reviews, the OEM choice for printer parts (belts, toner and such) seems to be the best alternative. Recycled units save a few $$, but often quility is poor.
