Arrived quickly No problems wth installation I also installed a new Drum with the Toner Cartridge that I also ordered from Staples Both worked fine Order from Staples for your Brothers equipment replacement parts No need to look any further

Disappointed
It showed delivery was made when it wasn’t. Then they sent it out again. The delivery was postponed and I still haven’t received it. I won’t order from Staples again.

Mfr Recommended
Works well. Mfr recommended replacement for old toner. Would recommend this although prices are rising. Use your Staples points toward purchase.

Somewhat Concerned
I installed the new Drum Unit and in less than a week my printer began flashing a warning saying to replace drum unit. After removing the new drum and turning the printer off and on a couple of times and then reinstalling the new drum the printer began working again. I was possibly ripped off
I was pretty shocked to find that this Brother branded cartridge came in an unsealed inner bag which was stapled at the opened end. The box itself look like it had a single layer of factory applied tape. I had immediate need and went ahead and used it. But I can't help feeling that I was possibly ripped off.

The wrong cartridge
I could not find the number of the cartridge that I was looking for. A sales associate went with me and gave me the cartridge he said would fit. It didn't even come close to fitting.

When my printer displayed the LOW TONER message I called a store to see if they had a toner for my printer. The brother cartridge is good but Staples delivery is not good
When I ordered the cartridge Staples website said it would be a two day delivery. The actual delivery was 5 days. I have ordered and received the Brother products from Staples in the past This order was a disappointment and likely I will look at a different supplier next time.
