Defective cartridge
This product left blue strips down the side of my page. No matter what I did it wouldn't go away. I finally changed out the cartridge and my printer is working fine.

No Big Deal
Ink is expensive, but need to purchase for printer as minute business owner. Discount is no where near as expensive as recycled canisters.

OEM is always the best to avoid issues and extend the life of the printer
I don't like paying the rate for OEM as they shouldn't be that much higher, but, they do allow the printing to be clearer, with less jams and extend the life of the other parts.

BROTHER TONER - BUY THE REAL THING!
I tried to save a little money two months ago, and bought a toner from a re-fill company. What a mistake! Every page had yellow splotches on it and the inside of our Brother MFC-9560 had yellow toner powder everywhere. It was a mess to clean up, too. Spend the extra money and you will save in the long run!
