Defective cartridge
This product left blue strips down the side of my page. No matter what I did it wouldn't go away. I finally changed out the cartridge and my printer is working fine.

Brother TN-310 Cyan Standard Yield Toner Cartridge
I have a Brother 9560 all-in-one print, copy, fax, scanning machine that uses this toner (owned it for about 14 years). All four toner colors Manufactured by Brother never fails to meet expectations. If you need to spend the extra money on the brother brand, do it. It’ll save you the risk of having to make adjustments with offbrand toners.

Good product. Staples should show real price.
Product is very good.i try to buy most of my office products at Staples, except when the price is not competitive. The instore "{ official " price is much hiogher than can be obtained elsewhere. It's too expensive, plus if you inadvertently put the wrong cartridge in the wrong spot, it ruins it for putting it in the correct spot because you get an endless replace the cartridge message after putting it in the correct slot.
