These are the good kind. Pliable easy to put around a thick paper stack or folder. Not too tight or stiff. The good stuff.

Great Big Rubber Bands - Perfect for large Files
We use these to keep huge files together when we are working on a job and there are multiple folders with information for that job - they are big enough to hold everything but not too big that they stretch out too much!

Alliance crepe gold multipurpose softest stretch
T thought I had seen the best rubber bands for masks. These are the softest and it does a great job. Even for my tax papers- they did not bend it. Wonderful soft stretch rubber bands. Love it.

We used 25 boxes of these rubber bands for a project they worked perfectly with no defective bands in any of the boxes and the count was accurate for each box.
